Waiting to receive encouragement is unproductive. We may be alone in turmoil when we need that boost of motivation. Therefore, we must encourage ourselves in the Lord (1 Samuel 30:6). Recollecting the victories and good things God has done is fruitful thinking. It will bring the hope and encouragement we need to progress.
