    We will get to know the Lord when we spend quality time in His presence. This is significant for the believer. Only when we understand the Lord can we truly have full knowledge of ourselves. We will know who we are and have a greater understanding of our capabilities.

    Take Authority
    We have been given authority through Jesus Christ. Firstly, we must believe that we have power and authority. As believer’s we must then learn how to use this authority in order to gain the victory. 

    Scripture: Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. - Luke 10:19

    Our actions and behaviors do not justify us with God the father. Jesus died for our sins. Therefore, we are only justified by our faith in Jesus Christ and not by our good works (Read Romans 3:26).

    Scripture: Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His 
sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.  - Romans 3:20

    When we know the Lord, our own self will be revealed to us. The Lord will make us aware of our strengths and weaknesses.We need to acknowledge them, and deal with them with God’s help. We can ask the Lord to bring about change in our mindset and situation so that we can move forward from weakness to willingness to fulfill our potential.

    Eternal life is a life that exists always and has no end. We can obtain access to eternal life. How? We need to make the important decision to accept and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior (Read John 3:36).
